About Jennifer Baccanello

I am Jennifer Baccanello, a commercial lawyer (Australian qualified) based in Hong Kong and currently on the path to dual qualification in both Hong Kong and Australian law. I advise companies and individuals on a wide range of Web 3-related matters, from advising on significant OTC crypto transactions, Real-World Asset projects to setting up private funds that invest in virtual assets. I also regularly advise entities on Hong Kong’s regulations as well as the EU’s MiCA regulations relating to virtual assets.

Here, I write about the Chinese language and the intersection between law, finance, and technology.
